A new company is born in Dubai -
McGordons LLC is founded in Dubai as a specialist company within
E-Commerce and E-Transactions. McGordons LLC are in the final stage to
establish a global transaction hub in Dubai to utilize the local
resources out to global customers with focus on European customers.

After years of collaboration and being part of each others vast
networks, ARDY Electronics
Ltd founder and CEO, Bengt Arnesson and Lars Olof Känngård, founder
and CEO of McGordons Ltd signes a joint declaration and agreements to
formally start to work and develop new markets together. The ARDY
products will become a new division under McGordons as the Security

McGordons Ltd has concluded a strategic agreement with VIATEL Sweden AB
to participate and develop new market entries for VIATEL's services and
voice system solutions. VIATEL has developed and has since 1992 operated
the well known GetSorted concept. GetSorted is a multi function messages
systems which keeps at one place track of your e-mail, fax's, voicemail
messages and as you travel the GetSorted also read up your e-mail whiles
you can resend with a "recorded" message back to the sender.
McGordons will develop the Middle East region.

The founder of the MaxaMec toy
concept visit Dubai and signs a deal with McGordons to build up a new
department for the global organization as the GP&B - Global
Promotion & Branding. Within the scoop of this new functions the
parties will work towards making Dubai as the HUB for events, which will
take place in each country there MaxaMec is sold. Here on the picture,

Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi, Deputy Ruler of the Emirate - Fujairah

McGordons Ltd signs an exclusive contract with SAK Industries Inc, the
parent company for the MaxaMec concept in the world, for a 20 country
region, named as Middle East & North Africa. McGordons aims
to establish a new legal entity, most likely in Dubai, which will
operate and build up this unique opportunity for the region. Lars Olof
Kanngard was appointed as Unit Leader as well as appointed for some
advisory positions with SAK's executive board level.

McGordons Ltd has identified a new company in Europe who most likely can
supply our potential customers in the region with Pyrolysis solutions.
The Pyrolysis technology is truly the next generation of how to handle
Waste - convert waste without pollution to gas and coal, which at a suitable
time can be re-used to produce hot water or electricity.

After more than 3 years involvements in the AquaLife project, the Promoter
and innovator Mr. Tomislav Johann Bulart has brought in Mr. Känngård
and McGordons, as a shareholder and appointed Mr. Känngård to the board of directors
and a executive position in the project team. Mr. Bulart also appointed
Mr. Nigel Finzi to a shareholder, board position and an executive
position. Mr. Finzi has been involved in the AquaLife project for more

McGordons Ltd arrange a fact-finding trip to Sweden with representatives
from on of the seven Emirates in UAE to look and verify the potential to
use the Swedish innovation Thermo-Rec for local handling of household
waste.

Feasibility study completed in the Emirate of Fujairah, one of seven
Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.
The Feasibility Study was bringing in one innovation from CrossMac AB in Sweden,
named at such time - "Thermo-Rec" in the perspective of
recover energy from the household waste and bring back cost effective
electricity to the Municipality and the Government of Fujairah. During
the Feasibility Study, McGordons Ltd also arrange a fact-finding trip to Sweden
where representatives
from both The Fujairah Government, Fujairah Municipality and Abu Dhabi
based OFFSET participated.
